The property will be going through renovation works from Wed the 12th of November 2014 until the end of 2015. During this period, guests may experience some noise during the day ( from 9 am to 5 pm). During weekends and public holidays there will be no noise, but the garden and some services could be not available. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Prices are different for type of rooms and period requested, are per night per room and include breakfast, towels and linen, daily cleaning of the room, change of towels every 3 days, use of the common kitchen and parking in the garden.
Children under 4 are free.
Our rooms have mini bar, kettle with choice of teas and coffee, snack, satellite TV with international channels, air conditioning, free Internet. All the rooms have private en suite bathroom with shower, towels, toiletries and hairdryer. Some rooms have kitchenette.
It is possible to request family rooms (up to 4 adults in the same room) and cribs for children. We also have one room projected and equipped for disabled people.
Pets are allowed free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who wants to cancel the booking, have to do it 1 week before the day booked. After that time deposit will be not returned. Anyway you are kindly request to call us, if you are not coming!
CHECK-IN: Rooms are ready from 12 p.m. If you are coming before that time, you will probably have to wait, bat you can stay in the breakfast room or in the garden. We apologize if sometimes we are late during fair period and summertime when we have a lot of people!
CHECK-OUT: We ask you to check-out within 10.30 a.m. to permit us to prepare the rooms to other guests.
ANTICIPATE DEPARTURES: If you are leaving some days before the end of the period you've booked, you have to pay anyway the whole period.PAYMENTS: We kindly ask you to pay CASH the whole stay at registration time. We remember you that we do not accept credit cards, neither traveller cheques.
