In-room breakfast and snacks!
We want our guests to feel free as at home, so the rooms are equipped with everything you need to prepare your own breakfast: kettle with selection of teas, coffee machine, snacks and more.

In addition to our gazebo in the garden, each room has a private patio, so that you can enjoy the garden while relaxing in your room.
Free parking!
We offer you a safe and free parking inside the garden. Since spaces are limited, however, we kindly ask you to let us know before your arrival if you'll need parking, so we can arrange it for each of our guests.
Comfort and amenities in the rooms
We always try to prevent the needs of our guests: in the room you will find several amenities including a kettle and a mini fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV and a set of organic toiletries.
Daily claning of the rooms is not provided.
A home without a dog (or a cat) is just a house!
We love pets and welcome them for free: we have many guests staying with us with their dogs or cats.
Please consider your love for pets before booking, as there are also two very cute dogs who live with us (our dogs are not allowed in guest spaces, but you could meet them in the garden).
For the respect of the animals themselves and for their safety, we kindly ask you not to leave dogs free in the garden without your supervision and we ask you not to leave them alone for more than 2/3 hours.
