CANCELLATION POLICY AND PAYMENT METHOD valid for direct reservation through our website or emails:
To confirm the reservation we need your credit card datas. We will check it and keep your reservation as guaranteed. You will pay at check in cash or with debit/credit card (Visa/Mastercard). We do not accept cheques.
When you reserve directly on our website you will confirm the booking with a credit card. After that we will also need to have the cvv2 code (the 3 numbers on the back of your credit card).
If canceled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged . In case of cancellation after this deadline or in case of no-shows, we will charge 100 %.
Any modification of the reservation after the deadline will not be refunded.
We kindly ask you to notify us your estimated time of arrival. All arrivals after 1 pm requires prior agreement, or check-in will not be guaranteed. Please contact us to arrange different check in times. We have a self check-in system with a code to let you get the keys and enter by yourself, in case you need to check-in later.
PLEASE NOTE: we live here, but we are not always at reception desk. When you arrive, please ring the bell ("Residenza Fontana del Ferro"), so that we can know that you are here and we can come to welcome you and open the gate to enter with your car. If you find the gate open, or if there are some other resindent guests entering, please do not enter without ringing the bell before.
You can reach the city center by foot in 10/15 minutes, but please note that you will have to walk uphill for 400 mt. to come back.
As during 2021 the property is going through renovation works inolving the exterior of the building, part of the parking lot will not be available. Anyway there will not be any noise to disturb your stay.
Despite the partial closure of the parking lot, we have some availability of parking in the garden. Please specify at booking time if you need parking: availability is subject to confirmation on a first-come, first-served bases.
We love pets and we welcome them for free. We have a lot of guests staying by us with their dogs or cats. We kindly ask our guest not to leave the dogs in the room alone for more than 2 hours and, for pets security, please do not leave them alone in the garden without your supervision.
Please consider your love for pets before booking, as there are also two sweet resindet dogs living here (our dogs are not allowed to the guests' spaces, but you could meet them in the garden).
No meal is included in the price of the room. Each room is equipped with a kettle with selection of teas, coffee machine, minifridge, and the necessary to have in-room breakfast. In addition, tea, juices, cookies and snacks are always available.
For sanitary security reasons we prefer to avoid our staff to enter guests’rooms, so daily cleaning is not provided, unless explicity requested. We always are available in case of need for beakfast supplies (you’ll find new food and drink supplies every day in the common area), change of linen or anything you may need.
In the common area you also find some cleaning products you may need, washing machine and iron.
TOURIST TAX: Verona City Tax is 2,50 euro per person per night, to be payed cash at check-in time. Read about it at Comune di Verona
NOTE TO OUR PAST GUESTS: beginning from January 2018, first floor has been closed to guests. For this reason the common room, buffet breakfast, terrasse and kitchen are no more available.
