BY BUS from Verona Porta Nuova Train Station 

Bus no. 73 (weekdays) or 96/97 (holidays) until "Piazza Isolo" stop

Bus no. 91 (night and holidays) until "Santa Maria in Organo" stop

 

Plese note that from the bus stops you will have to walk uphill for about 400 mt.

 

From Piazza Isolo, after the Church of Santa Maria in Organo,  turn right.  After 150 meters turn the second left and immediately right in Via San Giovanni in Valle. Continue along Via Fontana del Ferro for 250 metres (DO NOT turn into SALITA Fontana del Ferro on the left). The Residenza Fontana del Ferro is in front of the kindergarten, number 30/b. Please pay attention to the fact that in the same street there are other B&Bs and a hostel, so check that you are at RESIDENZA FONTANA DEL FERRO (at the entrance there is a big arch with the sign and the name is on the bell)

 

BY CAR

Motorway Exit “Verona Sud”.

Take Viale delle Nazioni direction "Centro Storico". Continue along Viale del Lavoro and Viale del Piave. After the railroad subway, in Piazzale Porta Nuova , turn 1st right onto Via Franco Faccio. Turn onto Via dell'Autiere and continue along the bridge Ponte S. Francesco. After the bridge turn left onto Lungadige A. Galtarossa and continue along Lungadige Porta Vittoria and Lungadige Sammicheli. Continue onto Interrato dell'Acqua Morta until Piazza Isolo. From Piazza Isolo, after the Church of Santa Maria in Organo,  turn right.  After 150 meters turn the second left and immediately right in Via San Giovanni in Valle. Continue along Via Fontana del Ferro for 250 metres (DO NOT turn into SALITA Fontana del Ferro on the left). The Residenza Fontana del Ferro is in front of the kindergarten, number 30/b. if you are using the GPS please do not set "Via Fontana del Ferro" as destination but "Piazza Isolo", and then follow the instructions you find below.
